I have a problem.

Bread, again.
I just can't help myself- I have a fever!
Rustic Cinnamon Raisin Loaf
I followed the no knead bread recipe posted below...
In the last step, before you let it rise in the towel fold in 4 tbsp butter, 8 tbsp cinnamon sugar mixture, and about a 1/3 cup of raisins.
A little mess = a lot of flavor!
Oh my.

  1. wow lady, i'm in awe of your bread skills. I still haven't attempted it. maybe that can be a camping project..... bread on the fire and you can teach me.
