Sundays are for giving.

Mixed Berry Ice Cream
Start by cooking down 1/2 cup of  sugar with 6 tbsp of water, stirring to dissolve the sugar.  Bring to a bowl & remove from heat. 
2 cups of Strawberries and Blackberries in the food processor. The hardest part is straining/sifting out the seeds.  It's a bit of a work out, but worth it.   Add the cooled sugar mixture and let that sit in the fridge for about 1/3 hour.  Then add in 1 and 1/2 cups of raspberry yogurt. Mix well and put it into the ice cream maker.
Let it do it's thing for 20-30 minutes. Scoop into freezable container and let it set in the freezer for a few hours.
Topped with fresh berries!  Yum!
