Oh yeah, I said it.  BEST EVER.
Mark Bittman, darling, thanks for everything. 
It's so resourceful. 
It has everything you could imagine from equipment, technique and 800 pages of recipes.
The glossary has not let me down yet. Eggplant, crepes, duck, oatmeal, hollandaise? check!
