I make enough to soak 2 chicken breast in-
(Just double recipe for....er, um, twice as much.)
In a pan, mix together 1/2 cup soy sauce with 1/2 cup brown sugar.
Mix tsp of cornstarch in with 1/4 water, and stir into soy/sugar well. Stir in 1 tbsp of honey.
In goes 2 cloves of finely minced garlic and about equal amounts of fresh ginger. I put both through my garlic press. Add a few table spoons of sesame oil and keep stirring.
Bring down and when cooled, 2 tbsp of sesame seeds.
